Tammy's family law practice includes matrimonial property, common law property, divorce, parenting arrangements, child, spousal and partner support, and separation, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
She is a qualified mediator who often guides clients through mediation, arbitration and judicial dispute resolution. She actively serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer with Alberta Justice and advocates in provincial and King's Bench courts when necessary.
